Hope N Wellness was built on the solid foundation of certified and accredited peer supports and the benefits it has on individuals as well as our communities as a whole. Through lived experience as well as first hand knowledge in mentoring while supporting individuals through the transitions of re-entry, housing displacement, recovery and trauma. We believe in walking alongside those encountering hardships. We offer support, accountability and advocacy sharing the hope of brighter days ahead…for all. No matter the story, there is hope.
